Here's how to place order from us :

1. Call us at +65-90621991 or send us an email to "celebrationtreats@gmail.com" let us know what you like to have. We will follow up with a quote based on your order requirements.
   
   
2. Please provide some info of your order details as follows, if possible :
   - Date of collection/delivery
   - Order Items
   - Order Quantity
   - Type of Event / Theme
   - Colour Scheme (for cupcakes)
   - Packaging Requirements / Rental of Display Tiers
   - Any other requests
   - Your contact details such as mobile number, for clarification purpose
   
   
3. We take orders based on a first-come-first-serve basis. Hence, in order not to avoid disappointment, we advise our customers to place your order as early as possible.
   
   Please check our baking schedule for availability of dates. You are encourage to book the date with us first in order to avoid disappointment. We can discuss on the design details later.
   
   
4. We will collect at least 50% deposit upon confirmation of your order. We accept payments via Bank Transfer (POSB Savings) or PayPal (Credit Cards + 5% fee). We will let you know the details upon confirmation of order.
   
   
5. Please pay the balance in Cash or through Bank Transfer on day of collection/delivery. Please prepare the cash in exact amount in order to avoid any inconvenience.
   
   
6. We are located in Tampines (Singapore), please arrange for self-collection at a mutual agreed time.
   
   For customers who drive, we will direct you to our location for pick up.
   
   For customers who are taking public transport, we can arrange to pick up at the Tampines MRT station at a mutual agreed time. Please check the location map below for exact location to meet.
   
   
7. However, in any case where self-collection is not possible, we can help to deliver to your designated location at delivery charge of $15 per location ($18 for location in the CBD area).
   We provide Free delivery for orders above $100.
   
   
8. Loan of cupcake tiers is possible. Please contact us for more details.
